Replaced oil shaft oil seal due to leak. This bike still has the factory warranty but BMW MC Concord couldn't take a look at the bike for another week. Picked up the part and did it myself.

Validated torque on alternator cover bolts (x9; couldn't reach one) to 89 in-lbs due to what I think was a slight oil weeping. Very slight, only noticed it because dust was collecting. Probably nothing and will continue to observe.

Lubricated kick stand mechanism (hinge). Now kicks out more forcefully and returns with just as much gusto. Operates super smooth now.

Lubricated throttle grip tube due to some detectable binding with fine movements. Now super smooth. Also replaced the boogered up bolt, probably a 5.5mm instead of a 5mm. Replaced 8.8 with higher grade 12.9 and torqued to spec of 19Nm.

Added +30mm risers. Completely changed the bike and made it more comfortable, and because I can now "reach" the bars made it easier to flick around.

Oil changed with Redline 10w-40 4T. No filter, just oil. Changed to get all remaining shavings from the break-in, my low-speed practice sessions to prepare for my motorcycle test and to consume whatever Redline I had left so I can switch to Motul 7100 sooner.
